Will it remind me before a certificate expires?
Certificates are flagged as expiring soon 30 days before their expiry date, so they stand out in the register before they lapse.
Can I store the certificate documents themselves?
Not yet — the register holds each certificate’s details, number, and dates. Keep the documents where they are today and use Fabristack to know when each one needs renewing.
Who can see compliance records?
Owners, admins, managers, and compliance officers can manage them, and auditors can view them. Other roles, like drivers and sales clerks, don’t see the compliance module at all.
