The agreement between your company and us for using Fabristack: the trial, subscriptions and billing, cancelling, your data, and what you can rely on.
These terms are an agreement between your company and Atticdevs (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/053465/07) (“we”), for the use of Fabristack (the app and this website). By creating an account you agree to them on your company’s behalf, and confirm you’re allowed to.
Fabristack is made for businesses. If the Consumer Protection Act applies to you, nothing in these terms takes away the rights it gives you.
Fabristack is operations software with three modules: Order Management, Inventory Controller and Compliance Tracker. It runs in a web browser, on Windows and on Android.
We keep improving it, so features can change. We won’t remove something your company relies on without telling you first.
One account is for one company. The person who creates it is its owner and can add up to 10 team members, each with a role that decides what they can see and do. More seats can be added for an extra fee.
You’re responsible for who you give access to, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for what your team does in Fabristack. Tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.
Every new company gets a 30-day free trial with all three modules switched on. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial, any module you haven’t subscribed to becomes read-only.
There’s no contract. Cancel a module any time in Settings and it won’t renew. What you’ve paid for stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we don’t refund part-periods.
After that the module is read-only: you can still view and export everything. If your company has had no trial or subscription for 12 months, we delete its records, after emailing the account owner a month before. The Privacy policy has the details.
What you put into Fabristack belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Fabristack for you. You can export it at any time.
You’re responsible for having the right to put other people’s information into Fabristack, such as your customers’ details, and for the WhatsApp numbers and email addresses you send reminders and emails to: those people should know and agree. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy policy.
Don’t use Fabristack to break the law, send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to, upload anything harmful, try to get into other companies’ data, or overload or copy the service. If you do, we can suspend your account. Where we can, we’ll warn you first.
We work to keep Fabristack running and your data safe, but no software is perfect or always available. There will be short breaks for maintenance and, now and then, things that go wrong.
Fabristack helps you keep track. It doesn’t replace your own responsibility. Reminders, stock alerts and reports depend on the dates, numbers and contact details you enter, and on email and WhatsApp delivering the messages. You remain responsible for your legal and regulatory duties, such as keeping certificates and inspections up to date.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or a fine, arising from your use of Fabristack. Our total liability to your company for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, such as for gross negligence or fraud.
You can stop using Fabristack and cancel at any time. We can end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 90 days’ notice if we stop offering Fabristack. In that case we’ll refund any period you’ve paid for but won’t get, and you’ll have time to export your data.
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we’ll email the account owner at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If something goes wrong, email us first and we’ll try to sort it out. If we can’t, the South African courts can decide it.
